As the global chief financial officer, Joe is responsible for executive management and oversight of Mindshare Global's financial affairs as the company grows its capabilities and talent. Leveraging more than 25 years of experience, Joe’s finance and accounting teams ensure all regions operate efficiently and effectively meet and surpass financial goals. Prior to joining Mindshare, Joe spent 2 years within WPP as Regional CFO for Wunderman Thompson, 5+ years as CFO of R/GA and prior to that more than 6 years as CFO of digital agencies including Digitas/LBI and Razorfish, where he worked closely with senior leadership to scale these businesses globally. Joe also managed the integration of the businesses following multiple acquisitions, including development of key financial functions. Throughout the course of his career, he has also worked in emerging technologies, helping to develop two startups in the programmatic media and invention disruption space. Joe holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from Iona University, a J.D. from NY Law, and an LL.M. from NYU. He is a CPA and member of the New York and New Jersey Bar Associations.
