Having represented mostly creditors for more than 25 years, I strive to be a lender’s “go-to” choice for an attorney to handle its most troublesome restructurings and collections. My practice includes representation of both financial institutions and private and publicly held businesses in the areas of loan work-outs, restructurings, foreclosures and the prosecution of recovery from borrowers and guarantors. I have extensive experience handling a variety of complex matters including Section 363 asset sales of both debotors and purchasers; obtaining approval of debtor-in-possession financing; and strategic counseling and negotation of resturcturings including Chapter 11 plans.Recently, I have been recognized by Missouri Lawyers Weekly and the National Law Journal for securing one of the largest reported plaintiff verdicts in the state of Missouri in 2013.
