As a seasoned investment banker and founder of the revived stock brokerage firm EF Hutton, I've successfully led and closed numerous complex transactions, including IPOs, SPACs, Registered Directs, M&A and Fairness Options, PIPEs, Fixed Income and private placements, totaling over $60 billion. I believe in building long-term, lasting relationships with my clients to better understand their needs and help them achieve their goals through innovative and creative solutions.Prior to co-founding EF Hutton in May 2020, I've held a succession of executive positions throughout the Investment Banking and Securities industry, including Aegis Capital, Citizens JMP Securities, and Maxim Group. My experience throughout Wall Street spans a wide range of financial instruments, from equity and debt offerings to structured products.As a devoted husband and father, I strive to balance my professional responsibilities with my family life. Together, our family is extremely active in our local and global communities, both within and outside the financial industry.Together, we're active in our local and global communities, supporting initiatives in healthcare, education, and cultural exchange. I currently serve as an executive board member for nonprofit organizations including: Keep A Child Alive, Lifeline Humanitarian Organization, Lang Lang International Music Foundation, The Rousseau Foundation, and St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.Our efforts include supporting HIV/AIDS-affected children and families in Africa and India, providing medical facilities and support services to vulnerable populations in Serbia, advancing research and treatment for childhood cancer and other life-threatening diseases, and empowering young musicians from diverse backgrounds.Currently, I live in New York with my wife and kids, and received my BA from the University of Notre Dame and the Mendoza College of Business – Go Irish!
