Lead Aerospace partnership with USSPACECOM combatant command headquarters and subordinate organizations and operations centers.

Led analysis team, both in US and deployed locations, to develop operational and strategic plans, monitor progress, assess feasibility, and measure effectiveness of air, space, and cyberspace operations across the Middle East.

Conducted analysis of policy alternatives for multibillion dollar acquisition and development decisions impacting 1,064 aircraft. Directed multidiscipline analytical teams that used highly specialized operations research and computer science skills to determine policy impacts and economic tradeoffs. Later served as executive assistant for Director, Plans and Programs.

Developed complex models to forecast force dynamics of 75,000 officers and 304,000 enlisted members. Applied operations research techniques to determine the best mix of officer, enlisted, and civilian personnel to meet mission requirements. Built expert systems to help access, assign, retrain, career broaden, separate, and retire AF members.
