Developed budgets, maintained administrative systems, and drafted reports for staff, funders, and the Board of Directors. • Led meetings, managed organizational logistics, and prepared communications, workplans, and policies for organization-wide management. • Taught and empowered new staff as the organization grew from six staff and $500,000 budget to 13 staff and nearly $1M budget. Stabilized budget, found new funders, and built reserves. Secured legacy gifts totaling over $1 million, including one gift over $600,000. • Reviewed National Environmental Policy Act Environmental Assessments and Impact Statements, and engaged with partners to advance collaborative restoration management on public lands.
