Creatively edit all of the elements of story, dialogue, music, sound effects, visual effects, rhythm and pace of a promotional piece, branding or imaging spot, "sizzle" reels, command briefings or other video products. • Masterfully hones small snippets of video, stills or other media into a creative, coherent, cohesive whole. Masterfully edit artistic broadcast video productions. • Serves as expert TV Production Specialist and is well versed in state-of-the-art editing techniques and software. •Performs on-air promotion and branding strategist duties, determine promotional priorities, plans, "promotional stunts" and develop branding ideas in an effort to increase viewer ship and understanding of products and services.• Working with Division Chief, develop marketing goals and strategic promotional goals and ensures on-air promotions and branding creative materials are created and scheduled as needed to have most impact.•Perform various functions within Marketing and Promotion division related to acquisition, movement and use of promotional materials from program suppliers.• Conceive, develop, coordinate and implement strategies, campaigns and conversations maximizing interactions with viewers via a variety of social media outlets.• Formulate and execute annual operations and maintenance budget. • Write and implement plans and procedures for deployment training with remote television and radio production equipment, including field production assets. • Produce radio and television news and production command information for the web and broadcast.
