Present these items, and others, to management through regular internal production line reviews.- Uses a broad range of engineering skills, project management expertise, and stakeholder engagement to meet customer expectations while driving continuous improvement activities.

- Manage the execution of development projects, and the associated project schedule, cost, and quality performance for approximately $2M CAD of project values.- Communicate daily with the sales team, team members and customers to meet client expectations, achieve internal milestones, maintain clarity on unforeseen issues, schedule appropriate resourcing required, and make updates and changes to the engineering process to maximize productivity.- Report to the Micralyne executive team and Teledyne corporate on project statuses including improvements and delays, revenue, and billings projections for the month, quarter, and year.- Analyze any risks/deficiencies that impact projects and proactively mitigate those risks to improve big-picture profitability and capability.- Assist sales department with quoting generation and approval of sales orders, while also working with the team to maintain positive customer relationships to maximize customer satisfaction and repeat business.- Review and approve all project documentation. Some examples include budgets, purchase requisitions, and technical documentation compiled by engineering team members such as change orders, process control records, and customer updates.

Established on March 5th, 1980, under the title of St. Albert Hercules Men's Soccer League, and the league has been active since then (now under the SAMSL name). The league started as 5 teams: the Rummies, Homestead Floor Pioneers, Klondike Inn Kings, Bandville Blues and Morinville Eagles and then expanded to 7 teams the following year with the addition of the Imperial Soccer Club and the Raiders. The league reached a peak of 11 teams in 1983 and has hovered between 6 and 11 since then.I held the League Director position. With the help of the team managers in the league, I worked on the league's scheduling, financials, registration, rules and regulations, and day to day operations of the league during the outdoor soccer season (April to September)

Anastasia Elias and Dominic SauvageauThesis Project: Additive Manufacturing Processing of Polyhydroxybutyrate (PHB) and the Addition of Bio-Based Plasticizing Material – A Study of the Thermal and Mechanical Properties- Planned and executed various research activities in the area of Smart materials, polymers, polymer composites, and polymer processing techniques, such as extrusion, hot pressing, and additive manufacturing.- Prepared and characterized samples using methods such as optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, differential scanning calorimetry and tensile testing.- Executed project management activities, including reporting on research activities and results to supervisors and our associated sponsors, as well as laboratory management including inventory management, laboratory safety, and lab equipment control.

Mat E 494: Nanostructured Materials- The course content included the fabrication and application of 1D, 2D, and 3D nanostructured materials such as nanoparticles, carbon nanotubes, graphene, thin films and nanocomposites. Optical, electrical and mechanical properties and characterization techniques are also reviewed- Collaborated with the course instructor to develop laboratory structure, as well as session outlines and grading schemes- Instructed students in a laboratory setting with various material characterization techniques including scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy-dispersive x-ray spectroscopy (EDX), ultraviolet/visual spectroscopy, contact surface profilometry, optical and confocal microscopy, 4-point probe and hall probe- Provided guidance on student lab reports, facilitated collaboration within laboratory groups, and organized content and data to supplement lecture material and laboratory work

- Published a Long-Term Planning Study and Filenote. Projects involved projecting future growth of an undeveloped area, information gathering, cost analysis, problem-solving, and using engineering judgment for determining the best way to serve the new area with natural gas.- Performed analysis of natural gas system models and determined the accuracy of field data. This field data was used to determine the accuracy of the models as well as address potential issues and/or need for upgrades.- Edited, updated, and streamlined design methods and procedures. - Peer reviewed colleagues’ system models and reports, and trained new Project Planning employees.

- Created and reviewed Non-Destructive Examination (NDE) reports for integrity inspections completed on Enbridge Pipelines across Canada and the US. - Worked in the field (Hardisty, AB and Sarnia, ON) alongside an NDE technician crew; assisted them with assessments, data collection and report writing.- Completed multiple engineering analysis projects under the direction of a supervising metallurgical engineer.- Prepared TransAlta boiler tube samples for assessment. This entailed proper sectioning of the boiler tube/pipe, engraving, grinding, and polishing the sectioned sample as well as collecting high-quality macro photographs of the samples’ indication(s) for further analysis.- Initiated and led training and continuous development for co-op students that were hired throughout my term.- Created, collected, organized, and submitted job files during the absence of the Pipeline Integrity administrator.
