- Provide complete set of construction plans such as architectural, civil/structural, electrical and plumbing plans based on the living ordinance of city of Houston.- Produce 3D renderings, elevations, sections and exterior finishes of a building/structure.- Produce architectural floor plans and site development plans for marketing material.

- Produce rough sketches and using CAD software to create detailed drawings, plans, and prints.- Produce engineering drawings for client sites that cover facility modifications, expansions, and other changes that are caused by business or environmental conditions.- Fiber to the Home (FTTH) or Fiber to the X (FTTX) network layouts, ensuring compliance with industry standards and specifications.- Create detailed city permit drawings for fiber optic infrastructure projects, adhering to local regulations and requirements.- Create traffic control plans based on the underground or aerial fiber optic network design and ensure compliance with county standards.- Participate in project meetings, presenting design proposals and progress updates as required.
