Started as a delivery driver and warehouse worker. Received a promotion into the service department and became responsible for the maintenance and repair of x-ray film processors and other equipment. Required to schedule preventative maintenance appointments with customers and complete these as well as any emergency service calls punctually with little to no supervision. Service calls often required troubleshooting, electrical tests, and referencing wiring diagrams and other schematics. Usually the only company representative the customer saw regularly, and as such was charged with keeping a positive impression and trusting relationship.

Started at age 15 as an after school job. In charge of keeping a designated area of the school clean and orderly. Responsibilities expanded over the years to include some landscaping and yard maintenance, locking up the school at the end of the day, and keeping an eye on the grounds.

In charge of retail sales, keeping the store's appearance in line, regular inventory,and balancing store finances. Usually opened the store and managed operation during theday. Opening on time was critical, as the store was in a mall and would be fined foropening late.
