Over 14 years I've had the opportunity to develop significant business acumen, build and develop people and teams, and leverage my financial expertise to influence business decisions in a multi-billion dollar industry.Since joining Bayer, I've held numerous progressive roles in the North America and Global finance and commercial organizations with exposure to senior and executive leadership. With each experience I've excelled at identifying and implementing strategic and transformational opportunities which have influenced the direction of Bayer's business and provided growth for both our partners and Bayer presenting to leadership, developing people and teams, and influencing key business decisions.These roles range from cost analysis, global consolidation and management reporting to risk mitigation and top-customer credit strategy, and leading North America Cash Planning and Analysis. Following the acquisition of Monsanto I served as the Chief of Staff to the Global Crop Science CFO and finance leadership team delivering strategic projects and initiatives and positioning our finance function to influence and partner with our business to drive growth and return value. Most recently I was the US Strategic Retail and Licensing Finance Lead supporting the relationships with many of our largest retail and licensing partners. I've had the opportunity, to establish, grow and develop teams and leaders while delivering exceptional business support through extremely transformational times. I'm from central Indiana and graduated from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. I enjoy cycling, playing golf, and spending time outdoors with my wife and two sons.
