As the co-founder and chief technology officer of Socket Supply Co., I lead the development of the Socket Runtime, a framework for building native desktop and mobile applications using web technologies. My mission is to empower web developers to create apps for any OS, desktop, or mobile, and to enable peer-to-peer and local-first applications that leverage Bluetooth, UDP, and robust file system access.At Socket Supply Co., I work on distributed systems, complexity abstractions, and product interfaces, as well as being the lead principal engineer working on the Socket Runtime. I also collaborate with other co-founders, engineers, designers, and stakeholders to define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. My skills include object-oriented programming, front-end development, software development, and web technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Svelte, and Vue.
