I began my financial career here, starting from the ground up, and have become a SME for branch and lending operations of a $860mil institution. I've trained and developed the careers of countless team-members, passing along my passion for service and ability to creatively over-come any sales or lending obstacle. As an underwriter, I was granted Level 3 authority within three months of production. My innate ability to assess a portfolio, weigh risks and determine worthiness has instilled the trust of senior leaders to routinely seek out my opinion. My business development and relationship management skills along with my sales coaching efforts have led the highest producing branch to continually exceed goal - most recently maintaining record months of $800,000+ in consumer products alone.Throughout my highly productive tenure, I've maintained less than a 1% error margin because of my attention to detail and proactive auditing of my team's work.
