I'm Joseph A. Wetch, Jr. and I graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor's degree from the University of North Dakota in 1998. I then went on to earn my law degree from the University of North Dakota School of Law, graduating with distinction in 2001.After joining the Serkland Law Firm of Fargo, North Dakota in 2001 and becoming a shareholder in 2007, I was looking for new challenges. That led me to join Fargo Patent & Business Law PLLC, and most recently Lommen Abdo, P.A. in 2023.Throughout my legal career, I have litigated cases in both federal and state courts, with a proven track record of obtaining superior results for my clients. During my time at Serkland, I worked as a general trial lawyer on a variety of subject matters, including business interests, oil & gas injuries, construction, technology, contracts, property disputes, trade secrets, corporate governance and more.I am recognized for my teaching potential and have been invited to lecture on litigation, various federal laws, and legal ethics.
