Dr. Joseph Leung has been working in the information technology (IT) industry for over 30 years and Higher Education Industry for over 10 years. His wide-ranging experience has led him to various senior management positions in both private organizations and education institutes. He is currently the Vice Chairman of the Hong Kong Retail Technology Industry Association; Director of Corporate Development of AsiaPay; he also serves as the Lecturer and Programme Director (Executive Development) of the School of Professional Education and Executive Development of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.With regards to the education and training sector, Dr. Leung has been invited as the Visiting Lecturer of various local universities and educational institutions; member of the Advisory Committee of Department of Manufacturing Engineering & Engineering Management of City University of Hong Kong; an appointed Subject Specialist of the Hong Kong Council for Accreditation of Academic and Vocational Qualifications since Year 2002; member of the Industry Training Advisory Committee (Information and communications technology) of the Education Bureau; member of the Industry Consultation Network - Information and communications technology, and Technical Advisor of the Employee Retraining Board since 2012.Dr. Leung acquired Doctoral Degree of Business Administration from the University of Newcastle, Australia, Master Degree of Business Administration from the University of Leicester, United Kingdom, Master of Management of Information Technology from Macquarie University, Australia and Masters of Education in Information Technology from the University of Wollongong, Australia. He is currently the Fellow Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Hong Kong Institute of Directors, Hong Kong Computer Society, British Computer Society, and Singapore Computer Society. He is also a Certified Behavioural Consultant of D.I.S.C. Assessment.
