I enjoy working with others to tackle challenging problems. While I am excited by the academic and professional intensity required for Aerospace Engineering, it is the interaction with colleagues that keeps me energized. My choleric, engineering mentality is complemented with an outgoing, sanguine side. I love meeting new people and work well with others.Through my education and work experience, I have come to understand how many of the difficulties faced in engineering problems are tied to the interfaces. I have found a happy home in the Systems side of Aerospace Engineering where I enjoy working with the subsystem leads to ensure that nothing falls through the cracks while learning more about the overall system. I have strong energy, am a leader and producer, and am genuinely happy and optimistic. I have the incredible opportunity to participate in the future of public-private partnerships in my role on the Commercial Orbital Transportation Services and Commercial Resupply Services programs at Orbital Sciences (now Orbital ATK). I look forward to continuing to contribute to the advancement of U.S. capabilities through work on civilian and government projects related to air and space exploration and Earth observation.
