About Joe White

As the CEO and Founder of Send-it Healthcare, I am on a mission to transform the healthcare industry by providing a platform that connects health organizations with a curated pool of diverse and high-quality providers. Truth be told, I never thought I would be a start-up founder. However, with a bias towards action, I could not sit back idly and not offer a solution that would fulfill my desire to bring value to the healthcare system. I knew that my experience in healthcare leadership and management had equipped me with the skills and expertise to execute this vision. Before launching Send-it Healthcare, I was the Regional Vice President for a hospital-based provider staffing company where I managed multiple hospital service lines across several states, overseeing more than 400 clinical and non-clinical staff. In this role, I demonstrated my ability to lead in challenging and complex environments, such as leading COVID response efforts, executing multimillion-dollar construction projects, improving employee engagement and retention, reducing operational costs, and exceeding budget and growth targets. I also partnered with hospitals, physicians, and other stakeholders to improve key performance indicators, such as patient satisfaction, quality outcomes, and market share. Prior to working in the physician staffing space, I was a hospital executive with HCA. In my time there, I provided comprehensive oversight for surgical, procedural, and support services. I was also in charge of spearheading construction projects, launching surgical programs, and driving strategic growth. Throughout my career, I've consistently demonstrated a commitment to values-driven leadership and operational excellence in healthcare environments.I hold a Master of Healthcare Administration degree from the University of Minnesota School of Public Health, and several professional certifications in emergency management, communication, and influence.
