I transformed VideoAmp from a small startup into a company with 400+ employees and a valuation of $1.4B. I am currently launching a startup studio to build more and more successful companies.I recently co-founded Tiro Records, a California-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit record label, with a mission to assist Latin American emerging artists in building sustainable music careers by removing the economic barriers that hold them back. In 2023, our first year in operation, we helped one artist grow her monthly Spotify listeners from ~3k to ~70k in less than six months. We serve the artistic community in Santiago, Chile, and are working to expand to other Latin American markets in the near future.
