Instruct tennis techniques, tactics, and strategies for the Dexter Community Schools Middle Schools

• Deploy an enterprise-wide program for Data Governance that encompasses frameworks for Data Stewardship, Data Quality, and Metadata Management. • Institute a federated Data Governance Operating Model that coordinates the distributed operating segments of Oshkosh Corporation around the handling of data as an asset. • Own and support a suite of Data Governance Tools and scale their adoption through prioritized engagements, process alignment, education, and training. • Manage the creation of standards and procedures for Enterprise Data Platform development processes that integrate Data Governance functions.

• Leveraging industry expertise, design organizational strategies to improve data integrity, enhance data security, and optimize organizational processes• Align data practices with organizational goals and maintain efficiency across departments by reducing inaccurate data handling, eliminating redundant data, and enforcing adherence to global metric definitions• Translate data governance best practices into guidance, communication, education, and training across the organization• Lead the organizational adoption and evolution of data governance through use of change management strategies and agile development methodology• Oversee the control process for access and changes to the enterprise data structures, as well as the MBFS reporting and analytic environments• Ensure data access, data sharing, and data development processes operate in complicance with SOX, RISC, and NPPI data security policies and procedures • Create resource development plans that align with organizational needs and develop team members to greater levels of responsibility within MBFS

• Architect data, process, and decisioning solutions as the BI Analyst and Data Steward for the Financial Reporting, Accounting, Risk, Pricing, and Controlling departments• Identify process and data gaps for the Finance and Controlling departments; work with the functional departments and IT to optimize data structures, processes, and resources• Support internal customers throughout the organization with quickly turned ad-hoc analyses, in-depth data inquiries, and predictive insights• Manage a subproject team that mitigates end-user computing impacts to MS Access, Essbase, and SAS during a comprehensive source system change (ALFA)

• Enhance the Data Warehouse/Data Mart environments for the Collections and Recovery departments, stewarding business requests from generation through user acceptance testing• Develop 14 OLAP data structures that enable automated and self-service reporting• Author over 50 fully automated reports of varying scale and complexity• Distribute daily, monthly, and quarterly reports consistently and accurately

• Communicate corporate action events and offers to J.P. Morgan Treasury clients, administering their voluntary elections on held stock• Reconcile client asset movement through sub-custodian accounts and reunite loan stock borrowed from J.P. Morgan’s Securities Lending Program• Facilitate settlement of stock and cash, mitigating risk exposure with legal documentation
