In June 2017 I transferred to Office Depot Global Headquarters in Boca Raton, FL to serve directly in their IT department as a developer.

After working with Office Depot for a little over half a year, I was promoted to Senior Sales Consultant - Tech:--Worked to ensure customers had the best experience possible by going above and beyond to ensure customers found the best solution(s) possible for their needs.--By working hard I contributed to the store's overall success.--At the end of Q1, I was one of the top 500 sellers in the entire company.

As a Sales Consultant, with technology as my home department, I:--Worked to develop and deliver complete technology and office supply solutions for both consumer and business customers.--Troubleshooted PC and other equipment problems.--Performed Technical Services on PCs, Tablets, and phones, including PC Tune-ups, PC set-ups, software installation, peripheral installation, and one-on-one technology consultation/training.--Performed other duties as needed in a retail environment (Operation of POS, Copy/Print Equipment, Fax Machines, etc.)
