My role at Little Fish had a far reaching remit that covered the technical and the creative. Among my many responsibilities were picture research and design of treatments, the implementation of systems to ensure a highly organised office workflow and upkeep of the film and lens equipment. On shoots I performed the role of technical trouble shooter and contribute creative assistance.- Researched picture and video for pitching process- Edited showreels, sizzle reels and short films- Devised, implemented and maintained an office server and VPN environment- Assisted and filmed many stop-frame projects

As a freelance assistant I built a portfolio of high end Photographers with whom I worked closely with, including Dan Jones, Gus Filgate, Andy Grimshaw, Philip Webb, Tara Fisher and Gerrit Buntrock.

Full-time assistant for two years, running the busy studio of Stephen Conroy Photography. Clients included Sainsburys, Marks & Spencers, Hamlyn Octopus Publishers and BBC Good Food magazine.
