- Responsible for creating FOX’s first FAST Channel managing ingestion and quality control for 100+ individual episodes, live playlist, and programming- Led quality assurance of FOXNOW digital platform on all platforms (iOS, FireTV, Android, Vizio, Xbox, etc.)- Worked directly with content delivery to organize, regulate, correct, and publish assets using DAM system- Built and maintained numerous quality assurance tracking documentation being SME for Monday.com, Confluence, and Jira to streamline processes- Utilized content management system (CMS) to manage a library of 80 series pages on FOX digital platforms- Collaborated with various internal (marketing, content, creative) and external (Hulu, Linear Partners) stakeholders to streamline delivery, QA/QC, and troubleshooting of various assets- Led Ground Control and Incident Management for OTT broadcast of Super Bowl LVII and FIFA World Cup to deliver a record breaking 6.59M viewers contributing to the third largest television event in history- Led a series of A/B tests on FOX digital platforms to identify and implement data-driven optimizations, enhancing platform performance and user engagement- Utilized Conviva and Tableau to compile analytic reports (audience metrics, content statistics, watch time)- Partnered with the Content Operations Director to facilitate high-volume training operations during new-hire onboarding
