- Initiated and led establishment of the STEM Startup Fund, managed entirely by students, including overseeing deal sourcing, due diligence, and portfolio management.- Successfully secured funding for the student-led VC fund that focuses on early-stage technology innovation within ideation and pre-seed stages.

- Analyze and complete due diligence and comprehensive business modelling for all potential investments.- Researching and drafting reports on investment themes and industries of interest.- Monitoring and reporting on news regarding current and prospective investments.

- Managed pipeline creation by identifying and sourcing high-potential startups across various sectors including FinTech, AdTech, Digital Health, and E-commerce.- Conducted comprehensive due diligence on potential investments, including detailed analysis of financials, market trends, team capabilities, and competitive landscape.- Developed a specialized focus on RegTech, formulating investment theses that incorporated the intersection of technology and regulatory issues.- Supported in constructing and managing complex financial models to forecast financial outcomes and aid in investment decisions.

- Supported with memo writing, valuations, and other substantive due diligence tasks related to their $100M Climate Tech Fund.- Helped manage pipeline of deal flow, industry analysis, and investment thesis refinement for the Climate Tech Fund’s top sector priorities.- Worked closely with financing partners to create revenue and expense projections that would be used to determine the viability of each deal.

- Created service-learning projects in collaboration with community partners- Managed youth payroll (maintains timesheets with accurate and timely information)- Developed and maintained relationships with employers by garnering job placement opportunities (i.e. establishing work and learn job sites for year-round, and especially summer employment), and provided follow up support as needed.- Facilitated and utilized TEB Skills, (Thoughts, Emotions & Behaviors), with youth by promoting responsible work habits and instilling critical thinking in decision-making

- Advised on potential tax deductions and filing electronically that is checked and rechecked by software identifying potential problems.- Financial planning for retirement by identifying needs, analyzing assets and sources of retirement income, and guarding against potential shortfalls.- Handled business accounts that involved reconciling bank accounts, generating income statements, balance sheets, and providing consultation.
