As a child, I had to overcome the adversity of battling Leukemia - enduring the associated hardships and ultimately becoming a cancer survivor. Then, while working with RebelTHON in college, I was motivated to succeed not only for myself but also for the cause of raising awareness for families dealing with unfortunate circumstances similar to mine. In academia, I realized the importance of embracing the unknown and rising to the challenge to take an opportunity through a class or professor. And in my professional career, I immersed myself in CRM software to learn new skills, such as HubSpot and Salesforce.These experiences, along with many others, have given me a unique perspective as I have come to know the importance of having a strong sense of resilience, humility, adaptability, and the power that your story can have on others.Now, I appreciate the significance of being authentic, intellectually curious, and empathetic toward others.
