Lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver the preliminary studies, and concept design. Coordinate a multidisciplinary team to support the construction team by providing responses to RFIs and post IFC design changes for a 10.5 km two-lane two-way bypass of the existing Newell Highway at Parkes.
