The Board of Directors has resolved several strategic objectives, including:• Renewing the SAETDE concession for 50 years with the Hble. Comú d'Encamp,  committing to invest 100M€ over the 50-year period, with 42.6M€ allocated for the next decade. The aim is to initiate a profound transformation to activate the ski resorts year-round, reduce the carbon footprint, improve equipment and services, and enhance integration with the urban center of Pas de la Casa.

The competencies I developed as a vocational training (FP) teacher, include the following objectives and tasks:• Instruct students in the theoretical and practical skills of network administration, cybersecurity, IT infrastructure management, and programming.• Foster technical competence and problem-solving abilities and user support.• Manage training internships within the business network of Andorra.• Write and evaluate SiX POBPRO, the official tests.

Coordinate and ensure efficient support and resolution of incidents, maintaining high service standards and operational productivity for over 2.000 users across more than 140 buildings nationwide, through a team of six IT technicians.

The first internet cafe in Encamp, equipped with 18 stations offering internet access, VOIP calls, and online gaming.

Design and installation of professional sound, lighting, and image projection services for all types of events (fashion shows, concerts, conferences, mobile discos, etc.). Maintenance of devices and computer systems.

The IT project completed during my final cycle internship aimed to address the clients' need to calculate the appropriate energy contract type. This was achieved through a desktop application that took into account the type and consumption of household appliances.
