At the moment my main focus is pointing to Gathion (https://gathion.com/), wich is a venture where entrepreneurship, innovation and digital are their main areas of performance.Previously i worked as a planning manager at Quantal Group (https://quantalgroup.com/).My main duties were related to the preparation and follow-up of plans that garantee not only a good cost efficiency, but also the fulfillment of the deadlines that were assumed to clients when the projects were adjudicated.I also followed up several performance indicators that allowed me to identify and anticipate problems and then implement improvements in order to eliminate those identified issues. To be able to performe an effective planning management i represented the Planning departement on a integrated management system composed by a team with the managers that were responsible for the main departments such as Quality, Engineering, Production, Operations, Maintenance, Financing, Comercial and Logistics.
