I began my journey at the company as its first project manager. Wearing multiple hats and working alongside great colleagues, I've contributed to various areas (development, system engineering, data, and administration). Based in Shenzhen, China (2012 to 2014) and DF, Mexico (2014 to 2015), I was part of a thriving team (Global Technical Service R&D - SmartCare Team), driving multiple efforts and developing and enhancing professional services for Network Performance, Service Quality and Customer Experience Management (NPM/SQM/CEM).Key Highlights:◾ Global Project Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver across diverse geographic locations. I was involved in different on-site initiatives in China, Mexico, Spain, Indonesia, Morocco, Germany and Sri Lanka, and supported many others remotely.◾ Technical Expertise: Proficient in leading technical initiatives, including data analysis, system integration, troubleshooting, data quality assurance and reporting (business intelligence).◾ Business Acumen: Successfully aligned technical solutions with client needs and market demands. I led different pre-sales projects, responding to RFx, and technical communication with customer. I was identifying client needs and influencing the development of new features for SmartCare services, products, and processes. ◾ Communication & Collaboration: Effectively interacted with technical and non-technical audiences at all levels (from technical specialists to senior management).

I joined a friend and I initiated the research phase of an ambitious plan focused on energy consumption monitoring, aiming to bootstrap a non-intrusive network and monitoring system that could improve energy efficiency and promote sustainability in China. The idea connected with the topic of my Master Thesis ("The Green Venture") and I wanted to apply the technical knowledge and experience I had earned monitoring mobile networks, but actually it never took off.

Earlier in my career, in China, I was part of a small and very active R&D team developing mobile network monitoring solutions.Key Highlights:◾ Versatile R&D role: Held various positions within the R&D team, gaining diverse experience in areas such as technical support, project delivery, and programming (C, Delphi and SQL).◾ Global Impact: Performed on-site and remote technical support for Theta Networks solutions (Bro@dMAX, MMS MAX, StreamMAX, MSP) across 12 projects in 8 different countries. I worked in Colombia, Chile and Indonesia.◾ Data-Driven Optimization: Delivered network data mining support and reports for Mobile Broadband SQM/CEM/Data optimization projects, contributing to network performance improvements.◾ Collaborative Sales Support: Partnered with the sales department in pre-sales activities, providing technical expertise and facilitating customer understanding.◾ Solution Design Expertise: Performed solution design analysis and upgrades for the different tools and platforms, ensuring continued relevance and effectiveness.

During my university years, I participated in different initiatives. Adept at working independently and within teams to deliver successful results across diverse projects.Key Highlights:◾ Web Development and Digital Marketing: Provided web development and SEO/SEM services to various companies and organizations (Latencia SL, 2002-2009).◾ International Collaboration: Collaborated with a Chinese company on quality control and testing of mobile handsets for the Spanish market (Vanceinfo, 2008-2009).◾ Entrepreneurial Experience: As an intern, I participated in the development of a business plan for a startup offering working time data mining and optimization tools (Rational TIME, 2007-2008).◾ Non-Profit Involvement: Supported different activities led by a non-profit organization, including the deployment of a Wi-Fi mesh network in Uruguay (AUCOOP, 2007).◾ Content Creation: Authored different white papers for SMEs' executive directors (Chamber of Commerce of Valencia, Spain, 2002-2003). I was an early adopter and advocate of social media and blogging ecosystems.
