In my former role as an Operations Research and Data Science Manager at the Joint Staff J-8, I led a division of data scientists and analysts in assessing the Department's future capability and capacity requirements. With over 13 years of experience in data science and operations research, I have a passion for helping senior leaders make data-informed decisions and bridging the gap between technical and strategic domains.As a Senior Service College Fellow at the College of Information and Cyberspace, I enhanced my ability to lead and operate in complex organizations and conducted collaborative research on emerging information technology and cyberspace operations. I hold a PhD in Operations Management, a PMP certification, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and several data science certificates. I am skilled in programming, optimization, statistics, data visualization, machine learning, systems simulation, decision analysis, systems engineering, and project management. I am also a former PATRIOT air defense officer and US Army veteran (Colonel) with a strong sense of service and commitment to national security.
