I implemented KPIs, providing control and visibility for the procurement area, supply and facilities services. -

I established and guided the implementation of 4 ITIL disciplines (Incident, Problem, Change and Delivery) and a new IT Management Model (Demands, Budget and Costs, Monitoring Team, Project and Service Goals) through the generation and dissemination of Team Performance Indicators for accountability to internal clients, raising the IT Maturity level.I evolved the Development Multi-Sourcing Model increasing the scalability of the systems development area, having 80% of the code generation being produced by external software factories.I was the IT Strategic Plan and committee responsible and one of the members of both the Auto and the Customer Service committeesI promoted the development of the whole IT leadership through assessments and coaching programs based on the new competences desired to the IT area. This system enabled the automation of analysis and settlement of claims with no harm to the product loss ratio, making feasible the business growth with the same staff size. -
