Following as Portfolio Manager and Delivery of projects (SAP and Oracle), my team was responsible for the implementation of the global project management model appropriate to the one carried out in Brazil, bringing greater visibility and control to the AREAS of HR, Financial, Commercial and Planning of the company. In this period our margin (NET) in project delivery reached an average of 28%.From the expertise with the projects in electricity, I was led the implementation of the utilities vertical bringing strategic customers and projects already consolidated asset management and regulation of the sector.In this period my team was responsible for the execution and delivery of more than 200 SAP projects, delivering on average a margin (NET) of 28% to the company.

Beginning of my performance as SAP PS consultant for Claro SA projects. During this period and in a short time, I assumed the management of the ongoing projects delivering the SAP ECC Upgrade to version 6.0 and the Fixed Asset Management Project in compliance with the regulatory standards established by the Brazilian government for fixed and mobile telecommunications companies.The asset management project combined with the inventory project adjusted the inventory information (quantities and values) and adjusted the system for the generation and delivery of asset information (acquisition, maintenance, and write-off) to the Brazilian government. The positive impact was the reduction of the tariff cut by more than 50%, in addition to enabling access to tax credits arising from ICMS.The next challenge was to take over the project program for Cemig SA where I was the direct leader for the following projects: SAP Upgrade, Asset Management and Regulatory Accounting. This sequence of projects brought a reduction of at least 80% in the reduction of the cut in the value of electricity tariffs, which is defined by ANEEL based on the evaluation of Fixed Assets (ReN.367/2009).In the same period, I set up the structure and implementation of the delivery area for the consultancy, consolidating all the management, consulting, and technical teams under my responsibility. The implementation of this structure resulted in an increase in the effectiveness and visibility of the company's actions by more than 80%, representing an increase in the capacity to sell and deliver projects. It was even in this period that we recorded a 200% increase in the Brazilian operation.

As Key-User I led the application of the processes and procedures of the project and delivery office within the ERP to connect the areas of planning, execution, and budget.After the implementation of SAP ECC, still within the project office, I assumed the responsibility of integrator between the commercial areas and the delivery area, performing the structuring of the projects, definition of the investment source and distribution of the budget for the execution of the projects.
