Lead the recovery strategy for corporate clients from various industries, collecting more than US$ 150 MM of debt in four years. Major cases were:1. A restructuring plan for a paper industry client with assets of US$ 250 MM in an Ordinary Bankruptcy process. It required a 3-year comptroller supervision and the appointment of new management. Final solution involved the capitalization of loans and the sale of the firm to an investor.2. A restructuring plan for a textile client with assets of US$ 250MM in a Preventive Bankruptcy process. It required a 2-year comptroller supervision, and the final solution involves the sale of the loans to a leading Peruvian corporate group at a discount of 50%.3. A private restructuring agreement for a real estate client with assets of US$ 200MM. It involved the negotiating a long-term reschedule of company’s liabilities and a 2-year comptroller supervision with the management team of the firm.4. A assets liquidation agreement for a plastics company with assets of US$ 40MM, managing to sell all the company’s brands, real estate assets and plastics molds and injectors to an investor. -
