With a keen eye for detail, I log and prioritise cases, ensuring swift resolutions, particularly for high-priority cases.🚀 Product Provisioning Specialist:Specialising in the onboarding and off-boarding of managed services products, including dedicated servers, and co-location installations. My focus is on ensuring a smooth and efficient process, meeting the unique needs of our clients.💻 Data Centre Systems Management:At Voyager Internet I am responsible for conducting regular checks in our data center to guarantee optimal hardware operation. I proactively identify and address faults, maintaining a robust infrastructure that supports the reliability of our services.📦 Inventory Management:I am responsible for managing DC hot spares and internal hardware inventory. This includes meticulous tracking and organization, ensuring we have the resources required to meet the demands of our dynamic environment.🛡️ Health and Safety Champion:As a H&S representative for one of Voyager's offices, I take proactive approach to meeting obligations under the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015. I actively support the participation in health and safety systems and take practical steps to ensure a secure and healthy working environment for our team.
