In 2006 due to good performance shown in previous years in Esperanto, the directive gave me the opportunity to acquire the franchise rights of a branch of the retail chain I worked for, starting a new phase as the owner of a branch under franchise concept. There I did administrative duties, such as cash verification, payroll employees, coordinate schedules of employees, marketing strategies for each season, managerial work, managing work teams, team work together with employees, motivating the team so the workers have good working environment and employees willing to offer the best of them. Direct contact with suppliers and customers. I thought that setting a good example to employees makes them give their best, therefore it was very common to be working together with employees in sales work, organizing shelves, customer service, etc. In short, all the administrative and managerial functions necessary for a company to function properly.

Esperanto is a retail chain located in Caracas. As Operations Manager my work was based on supervising staff from each of the stores, monitoring and supervising orders for goods to arrive on time to each of the branches and place the merchandise on the shelves quickly and efficiently, coordinating schedules of employees, to take each of the branches the appropriate teams working together on each shift, inform the purchasing department which merchandise was necessary in each store. Based on an analysis of what the customers were asking with increasing demand, coordinate with the purchasing department the early implementation of this and the adequate amounts depending on each branch. Working in partnership with events organizing companies (Evenpro, Water Brothers, Prontoticket, Onlyticket) to sell concert tickets at stores, our staff was used for the tickets sale and the process of final accounts with these companies was my responsibility.
