• Led execution of TASA´s commercial ambition to transform the company from a fishmeal producer to a diversified protein supplier.
• Closed the first strategic partnership in TASA: 10-year collaboration project with leading Global Additives Company - worth US$ 10 million in yearly EBIT.
• Initiated due diligence initiatives with 3 alternative protein companies - US$20M to be captured in 2022–23
• Led the Go to market team and developed 5 high value market niches - Estimated EBIT in 2023 is US$7M.

• Obtained a 98% leadership score, 18% higher than TASA´s average whilst managing 120 employees.
• Updated our negotiation strategy for freight costs focusing in performance $ service quality vs only price: Reduced truck turnaround times in 30% and optimized our supplier portfolio.
• Implemented ARIBA for Strategic Sourcing and Catalog Buying, through increased sourcing events savings reached US$ 4.5 million in 2019.

• Assumed the challenge of leading two departments: Logistics + Corporate Strategy.

• Responsible for Procurement, Distribution, Warehousing, Inventory Planning (100 employees)
• Redesigned key procurement and distribution processes to adapt to seasonality of the fishing industry, improving on time deliveries by 14% and the internal distribution delivery times from 7 to 2 working days.
• Established financial goals across Logistic divisions, generating US$3.8 million in purchasing negotiation savings in 2018, reducing 35% of distribution costs and increasing payment terms from 41 to 60 days.
• Modified organizational structure and roles, this allowed the reduction of 10% of employees.
• Re-focused team on prioritizing their internal customers, establishing customer service KPI´s and sending buyers to the field working side by side with key clients.
• Developed supply chain market entry strategy for the Omega 3 refined oil business in the USA. US market currently represents 90% of refined oil revenue.

• Responsible for designing and leading the yearly strategic planning (SP) process for the company as well as monitoring its correct execution.

• In charge of creating and implementing an Innovation Model for TASA, deploying programs for collaborative idea generation at all levels in the firm (Floor to the R&D stage gate committees)
