In an effort to better serve my community we created Dezert Syndicate Car and Bike Club. The club brings members interested in building projects and helping our community. Since the inception of the group, we've recruited other social clubs and non-profit to work together to aid those who need it most. I coordinate efforts to raise funds, gather supplies, and bring awareness of issues within our community.

As the News Operations Manager for the NPG Hub in Yuma, Arizona. I was tasked with all operations related to the organization's outgoing product. To include maintaining all equipment utilized by our associates. Along with my tasks related to News, I was also tasked with managing our production team by way of scheduling and payroll. As a seasoned news-gatherer, I mentored and educated our team on the importance of community involvement and ethical and balanced journalism.

Enterprise and schedule video shoots; get video and interviews which are later used during the city's shows. Promote government channel and provide information on where residents can find services and future events via the city's website or landline.

Working in a Broadcast environment; ran cameras, audio board, video decks, wrote stories for shows, edited, shot video to be used in shows, helped with organizing fundraising events. Enterprised daily stories.

Hire and train individuals to run operations during broadcast shows. As well as train all incoming photographers and assist in the training of all incoming journalist. I also was in charge of most community relations for the company including job fairs, parades and public speaking.

Managed news crews and assigned daily tasks which would then be aired on the stations shows. Call community groups in area on a daily basis and set future events to be covered as well as write, shoot and edit stories.
