- BDPA is non-profit organization focused on nurturing and developing young diverse future ITleaders in the Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) and all digital technology fields.- Used Zoom to virtually teach Basic and Intermediate HTML, CSS using Bootstrap 5, JavaScriptconcepts, Node.js Promises, Rest API, and DOM manipulation using JavaScript to High Schoolstudents on Replit coding platform. Modeled a weather App as the base project, meeting anaverage of 3 Saturdays a month for approximately 6 months.

- MPA is an international network of programmers unifying together to deliver socially impactful software solutions.- Developed the procedures and a video tutorial for Enzyme Protocol SDK deployment, creating a vault, obtaining, and converting Test Net Kovan ETH into Enzyme Kovan Wrapped ETH, and purchasing an asset on the Vault with the Enzyme Bot.- The Enzyme protocol is written in Solidity and TypeScript and uses Graphql, axios, ethers, and uniswap sdk among other tech stacks. Security for the vault is through ethers node module and a cryptographic private key generated by 12 random key words assigned by the vault’s owner crypto wallet, which connects through a Web3.js environment.- Successfully re-engaged Enzyme into participating on DeFI Summer with Minority Programmers.- Developed a basic UI for the Enzyme Bot SDK protocol. I used all the techstack in the Enzyme protocol to instantiate a crypto contract and place a trade into the vault through Unisawp SDK. The UI is React TypeScript components, and the enzyme protocol resides in the React app SRC folder. I hid the protocol from the React App in the TSConfig.json file by using compiler option properties to keep React from compiling the protocol’s TS components. I also enabled JSX in the enzyme protocol so it could pass all the functions to the React app.- Developed Crypto-Wallet-Scanner app with Web3.js Solidity/Ethereum language: This app gets the balance of a crypto wallet from the blockchain and calculates the current market value- Developed DBank-Token - This was my first token deployment into the Kovan test network using Solidity and Remix IDE.

It was an LLC created by Jose Tollinchi for Contract work.- 06/2018 – 12/2019 - Used Adobe Connect and other virtual platforms to train and certify over 500Department of Defense and Civilians on Cost and Price Analysis and Contract management. Usedcontract geometry analytics, analytical statistical projections, and analytical market research.- Recognized by students for the ability to keep things interesting and not boring- FOREX Matrix Project (05/2018 – 01/2020) - Designed and developed an online Dashboard forCFT Solutions, and a non-technical audience, using live streaming data from a FOREX Broker andAmazon Web Services for data storage. A visual solution to a complex mathematical analysis andpredictive model in real-time. The dashboard provides analytics of current market conditions inreal-time. Developed, executed, and documented ETL and data integration processes with a JSONconnector through a Rest API. Designed, calculated, and validated all algorithms, logicalstatements, and calculations. Developed currency strength and volatility indicators for all markets.

- PM for the Air Force Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Pilot training school. Responsible for all Flight Simulation Equipment / Software and upgrades according to the contract. Also responsible for contractor performance, quality assurance metrics development, and data collection.- Translated high level user objectives into functional software specifications.- Planned and executed the ETL process to join 3 separate databases to visualize data from 3 different contracts, at first with Excel and later transitioned to Power BI.- Created contract deliverables visualization, covering four contracts & 47 reports, ensuring compliance of over $700M of Government contracts. Used Excel Dashboards, Pivot Tables, and later Power BI.- Increased contractor performance 30% across 4 contracts. Analytics based on instructor and equipment usability metrics developed by me.- Headed quality assurance program for L3 Contract maintenance support hours; ensured program support remained on schedule. Measured equipment efficiency rate vs. instructor/student utilization ratios. This was based on student load, instructor and equipment availability, and capacity ratios for the hardware.

Instructed Business Management and Logistics Management courses at the Bachelors level. Certified to teach Contract Management Law, Supply Management, Organizational Behavior, Principles of Management, and Senior Seminar in Management. The teaching is conducted by using several methods of delivery such as presentations, lectures, group work, etc. through online classroom and face-to-face instruction. The assessment is achieved by both group work and individual achievement. Individual participation as part of a team in also evaluated as necessary.
