Implemented a change and configuration management process for the DEERS division, which was expanded to the DMDC enterprise. Created the process to track configuration items through the full software development lifecycle, from analysis and design through to implementation. Worked with the DEERS lead architect to design the complete process flow. Built the applications, forms and databases to support the software change management, application management and release management processes through the SDLC. Continuously reviewed processes and the toolset to recommend and implement improvements and additional functionality.
