Launched a new business line for the company focused on developing a pipeline of >500MW of controllable load resources in the U.S. Responsible for the procurement, logistics, installation, energization and operations of a 10MW high-performance computing center in Tennessee.

Responsible for the EPC of a 100MW solar PV plant, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders at the Local, State and Federal level.

Responsible for the development, construction, commissioning and operation of a 1.4MW solar PV roof-top facility, one of the largest in Mexico at the time.Entered into a Developer Services Agreement with a leading U.S. Developer to grow their pipeline and bid into the Mexican Long Term Auctions.

Responsible for the local EPC to rebuild and bring back online 8 roof-top DG Solar PV systems (3.5MWp) after being completely destroyed by the passing of Hurricane Odile. Oversaw the installation, commissioning and operation of 7 new roof-top and carport DG Solar PV facilities (1.2MWp).

HIGHPARK is a mixed-use real estate development with 32,250m2 of construction, which include 32 luxury residential units ($750,000-$1million USD at shell), 20 retail units and offices, & 5 restaurants. My responsibilities include: Attendance to weekly meetings with the construction management company and subcontractors to analyze and monitor construction progress, and focus all efforts on achieving maximum time and cost efficiency. Project budget control on Microsoft Excel and Veosys Software Advant. Bi-weekly review of construction quantity takeoffs and invoice process, to coordinate credit disposals with the bank and deliver payments. Project document control. Prepare and report monthly presentations regarding construction, for stakeholders and owners.
