My main duties included to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues and prioritise, log, and properly escalate these to the appropriate teams if needed. In this role, I learned how to use Azure to prepare the workplace for new staff and manage identities in Active Directory.

In this internship, I also gained experience working with a structured team and attending meeting sessions in order to report on progress and lay out the next steps of the projects.
