As a psychiatric nurse i worked autonomic in this day hospital. I offered educational programs to the people who visited the day hospital, from the age of 55. I guided, accompanied, observed and treated the people with psychiatric complains. I worked both individual and group focused.

In the company i have created all levels of jobs and positions, including the task and job descriptions and all their work instructions. With that i defined the work processes according to the ISO norms and implanted all this in practice. The company was after this work ISO qualified.I have this work completed on all levels: telephonist, compartment planning, compartment education, compartment management, compartment HR, compartment household, compartment nursing and director.Because the company was growing,and the law was changing, there where always changes in the company. I accompanied the changes and the employees in these.That is why i have insight and overview in processes and changes in companys.It also gave me the experience in ISO qualification.To having these results, took a long time of preparation, patience, insight, oversight and perseverance. To get a liscence from the Minestry of Health, Welfare and Sport, when they opened the market in homecare, was not easy. My application for giving homecare in my region was rejected because the Minestry said that there where no waiting lists.I objected their decision because I head clear figures indicated that there where waitinglists. Because of my objection, the ministry had to put a commission together where i could show my vision and figures to. During my meeting with the commission, the commission decided that the ministry had to research the region situation by Price Waterhouse and Coopers. After 6 months, the results after the research from PWC indicated that I was right. So I did get my liscence, for giving homecare to the people who where waiting so long for help. By this way, I also made the way free for other organisations who wanted to get their liscence, for giving help to people who needed homecare.
