• Developed and implemented solutions for tier 1 and tier 2 banks in the oil, precious metals, power, and carbon trading sectors, enabling efficient trading, risk management, and processing of commodities.
• Spearheaded initiatives in the Carbon Trading sector, working on innovative solutions to address the challenges of environmental sustainability and compliance by collaborating closely with consultants and industry.
• Acquired extensive financial knowledge, specializing in options, futures, risk simulation, pricing models, P&L, exposures, positions, and sensitivities related to physical transactions and derivatives.
• Introduced and organized ”C++ Talks”, a series of weekly technical presentations, fostering knowledge sharing and promoting a culture of continuous learning within the engineering department.
• Revamped the onboarding process for new software engineers, resulting in a significant reduction in onboarding time, enabling faster integration into project teams.

• Implemented & launched the following features on Anghami For Artists app:
• Artists can upload a video story to the main Anghami app (music streaming platform)
• Add a canvas to their songs (a video that plays in the background of a song)
• Artists can request a promotion in the app & request to be featured in certain playlists
• Artists & Podcasters can view their songs’/podcasts’ analytics and insights
