I am the founder and President of Sensis, an integrated cross-cultural marketing agency. Sensis is the largest independent multicultural agency in the U.S.I founded Sensis in 1998 as a website development firm and have since expanded the company into a full service advertising agency with over 150 employees across 6 offices in the U.S., Colombia, and Mexico.Today we work with more than 50 Fortune 500, government, and non-profit clients including AT&T, Sempra Energy, Santander, AltaMed, the CDC, Texas Tech University, and SolveIQ.Prior to Sensis, I was the founder of a pioneering Hispanic dot com TuRumbo.com. I started my professional career as a management consultant with Mitchell Madison Group. In addition to running the overall operations of Sensis, I am a member of the Strategic Planning team at Sensis. My passions are cross-cultural marketing, marketing measurement, and digital transformation. I frequently publish on marketing subjects at MediaPost, AdAge, and various trade publications. I am a fellow of the Robert Toigo Foundation, founding member of the Cesar E.
