I'm in charge of Toteat Analytics, the advanced data visualization solution offered to restaurant managers and owners.I have implemented machine learning models for customer churn prediction, customer segmentation, and sales forecasting.Implemented alcoholic beverage classification using BERT models.Currently I am researching NLP tools for enhancing our customer service agents.
