Currently CEO and co-founder of River Software Technologies SAS in Colombia, co-founder, and CTO of Kreinto Tech Corp, Helsa Technologies Corp, and EMS1R Corp all companies in the US. I'm a Computer Science Engineer from the Autonoma University of Manizales, Colombia. I've been working in the tech field for the last 21 years and I've done almost everything ranging from core developer (still being one, since I love doing good coding), teaching at the university I got graduated from (back in early ages) and becoming an entrepreneur following my ideas in the tech field nowadays. Acting mostly either as an SCA (Software Chief Architect) or SOA Architect, I have given birth to the platforms that currently run at our customers, also acting as such for their internal projects. I'd worked in the Telecommunications sector creating complex provisioning systems linking together BSS and OSS, also in the Financial sector for mission-critical systems, as well as in the Government sector, mostly abroad as a consultant and architect for government information systems of great complexity.Also, I'd worked in Germany for almost 7 years (2001 - 2007), leading an R&D team developing cutting-edge software in the ECM sector, which works in big companies in Europe.I lead a group of excellent people at River's offices that work on all the products we have in our portfolio, focusing primarily on Cloud Applications, Mobile Applications, SOA, ETL, RIA, NoSQL, ECM, CMIS, Data Management.11 years back, with River ST, we have worked for big companies, side by side with strategic partners, ranging from the telecommunications, financial, retail, government, freight and health sectors, in Colombia, USA, Mexico, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Spain, and Brasil.
