From the initial spark of this realization, I have dedicated my life to improving my communication habits and stepping into the perspective of others in order to become a strong leader in my environment. Leadership is not only a skill but a quality that has been an important factor in becoming the person I am today. From a young age, I have always wanted to learn how to be a leader and really understand the concept of leadership.
