I have set up and run an adventure travel company. We create empowering cycling holidays to ecologically conscious projects, such as ecovillages, all over the UK and Europe. Over the last few years I’ve taken over 500 people on cycling trips. These range from a day ride, to weekenders or longer. I’ve run 14 cycle trips between 1-3 weeks in length all over Europe, including Spain, Germany, Italy and Greece. I’ve led on all aspects of the trips, from ideation to execution, including all event logistics such as booking accommodation, creating beautiful cycle routes, budgeting, spreadsheets, hosting trips and leading rides.

I was running the social media and digital marketing campaigns at Rejuce, a company making juices from wonky and surplus fruit and vegetables, cutting down on food waste

Hackney Wick, London

An event production company focusing on using food waste to bring attention to the issue. These events were 5-course themed banquets, with live music, aerial silks, immersive theatre, circus performers and DJs, catering for 150 people. Over 70% of our food was sourced from food waste. I organised 12 events over a 4 year period in partnership with Rejuce.

I worked for Cloud Cuckoo Land, a boutique music and performing arts festival, in the Mendip Hills near Bristol. I was the volunteer coordinator and the main bar manager.

I was part of the founding team that set up the UK’s first eco build festival, ‘Building Man’, created on Burning Man principles; instead of ‘leave no trace’ we aimed to leave a positive trace by regenerating degraded land and building green infrastructure. I headed up digital marketing and event production and implementation over a 6 week build period on site.
