De circa 2050 ondernemers en vastgoedeigenaren in het centrum van Eindhoven vormen per 1 januari 2017 samen de grootste bedrijveninvesteringszone (BIZ) van Nederland. Ze creëren hiermee een gezamenlijk investeringsbudget van circa 4 miljoen euro voor de komende vijf jaar. De BIZ Eindhoven Centrum besteedt dit geld aan (verdere) versterking van de aantrekkelijkheid en kwaliteit van de binnenstad voor bezoekers, inwoners, ondernemers en investeerders.

Proud of the South is a joint talent program of 5 popmusic venues located in the south of Holland: 013, Effenaar, Mezz, WII, Gebouw-T and de Groene Engel.The aim of Proud of the South is to give serious talents a career boost by actively supporting them on a artistic and a business level for one year. Proud also offers them playing opportunities in each of the venues participating to gain experience and work on their stage performance.Proud of the South started in 2014 and hosted that year 10 talents.
