About Jos Feron

Mijn achtergrond is met name het Primair Onderwijs en dan meer specifiek in alle niveaus van uitvoerend tot beleidsmatig en bestuurlijk. Ik heb een jarenlange ervaring opgebouwd als leerkracht, (meerschools) directeur, bovenschools directeur en projectleider. De grootste uitdaging vind ik in het verbinden van de persoonlijke ambitie van de medewerker met de organisatieambitie. Hierdoor ontstaat optimale betrokkenheid bij de mensen, meer leiderschap en hogere opbrengsten in de organisatie. Hiertoe begeleid ik organisaties en mensen in de organisatie bij het verduurzamen van processen door te ontwikkelen richting Lerende Organisatie (gedeelde visie, persoonlijk meesterschap, teamleren, expliciteren van mentale modellen, systeemdenken). Het fundament hiervoor is het creëren van feedback in alle lagen van de organisatie.
