Dear reader,Thanks for visiting and reading my profile. I would like to introduce my company and tell you a little about me.My name is Jos Frederiks. I was born in Eindhoven (The Netherlands) and I currently run my own company called VidaSense.Before I started this company I had the privilege to work in many different companies, from small to big enterprises, in a lot of different roles. One of the main things that I am fascinated by the most is "people", the way they behave, act and especially why they make particular decisions in their life.So it has always been about "people" . For me it was never a doubt to improve my qualities in this direction and to start making a difference in this field.At the franchise company I had the opportunity to work together for a year with a clinical psychologist in many different interventions that this gave me a headstart to continue my work and gain more experience.My passion is working with people. It gives me that special feeling that you need to succeed. And like "Confucius"once wrote: Find a job you love and you'll never work a day in your life. This is Exactly what I did!After 5 years of experience in a franchise construction I felt that the time was right to start my own independent company in the field of Psychology and International Training and Coaching.During a very inspiring session and thinking completely out of the box searching for a name that would be our foundation "VidaSense" was born. Which can be translated as "Living with a Feeling". On a daily basis we work hard together with highly motivated and skilled people to make a difference in your daily life and to let you discover how you can get the best out of your life.This is just a very brief introduction about my company, our dedicated colleagues and myself.
