Building teams in order to achieve challenging objectives has been a constant throughout his career. Jos carried responsibilities at all management levels: from first line management up to director and general management; his experience also includes staff and project/program management positions. Board experience was also gained as boardmember and president. During his career he has been leading major changes and restructuringand has build new organizations.For over more than 25 years in business Jos carried important budget and P&L responsibilities. Experience has been gained in companies of different size, multinationals as SME in a wide range of sectors: Engineering, insurance, ICT, IT services, not for profit, social security, payroll services, health, social profit, education, services, social services, publishing, government, outsourcing services.
